The short version: your revenue and cost figures never leave your browser. The long version covers the contact form, the cookie banner, and what the ad and analytics scripts actually do once you click accept.
Every calculator on this site, profit margin, break-even, contractor pay, valuation, and the rest, runs entirely in JavaScript in your browser. When you type a revenue figure or a cost into a field, that number gets computed locally and shown back to you. It is never transmitted to a server, logged, or stored anywhere, including by us. Close the tab and the numbers are gone.
On first visit you'll see a banner asking whether to accept or reject cookies. That choice controls whether Google Analytics (GA4) and Google AdSense load at all: reject, and neither script runs, no ad personalization or usage tracking occurs. Accept, and Google may set cookies to measure traffic and serve ads, governed by Google's ad and analytics policies. Either way, our own site code never sets a tracking cookie; the choice only toggles Google's scripts.
The contact form is handled by a third-party form processor (Web3Forms) that relays your name, email, and message to our inbox by email. We use that information only to reply to you. We don't add contact-form submitters to a mailing list or share the message with anyone outside the site.
This site runs Google AdSense and carries a small number of affiliate links, mostly to other calculator and reference tools. If you click through and take an action on one of those sites, we may earn a commission. That relationship has no effect on which calculator you land on or what number a formula returns.
You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for businesscalc.pro, which resets the consent banner. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies globally, which will stop Google's ad and analytics cookies regardless of what you clicked here.
